Diego Armando Maradona has been arguably the greatest footballer in the history of soccer. The number one goal in the history of soccer was made by Maradona in the 1986 World Cup in Mexico against England, when he dribbled past 9 English players and the goalkeeper scoring an amazing goal... which certainly made up for his notorious "Hand of God" goal he made earlier in the game.
