Exercise Performance | Stand with a barbell held behind your thighs. Your palms should be facing backwards. Look straight ahead. This is your starting and finishing position. Keep your back flat and bend your knees until the barbell touchs the floor. Stand up, keeping your back flat and your eyes looking straight ahead of you. | ||
