    January:

  • 9th: Dimond JV (canceled - girls were invited to replace an Anchorage team at the Skyview Tourney, as Anchorage teams weren't allowed to travel due to weather conditions.) In their first game against CIA, they won 36-33. Grace scored 19 and Lindsey Rohr 17. In their second game against 4A North Pole, they lost 52-12. Lindsey was out with an ankle injury and Grace was kept scoreless. Freshman Shameka Nelson led the Wolverines with 8. Timaney and Destiny contributed 2 points apiece.


  • 24th @ Seldovia: Ninilchik lost 43-33. Lindsey Rohr led the way with 17 points.
  • 27th w/ Nikolaevsk @4pm: Ninilchik won 57-34.Lindsey Rohr had a huge game with 24 points while Grace added 14 and Shameka added 11. Grace had 6, Lindsay Schnabl scored 4 and Timaney and RyAnn added 2 apiece.


  • 29th-31st CIA Classic


    Thursday:

  • 3 pm: Nikolaevsk girls vs. West Anchorage
  • 4:45: Kalskag boys vs. Ninilchik
  • 6:30: CIA girls vs. Ninilchik: Ninilchik wins 35-33. Lindsey Rohr saves the day with a last minute layup. She finished the game with 16 points. Grace Ehlers contributed 8 and Lindsay Schnabl 6. Freshmen Shameka Nelson and senior RyAnn Dahl each added 2 and Anderson put in a free throw.
  • 8:15: CIA boys vs. Heritage Christian


    Friday:

  • 3 pm: CIA boys vs. Kalskag boys
  • 4:45: Ninilchik girls vs. Nikolaevsk: Ninilchik won 48-39 with Schnabl leading the pack with 19 points. Rohr added 11 and Ehlers 10.
  • 6:30: Ninilchik boys vs. Heritage Christian
  • 8:15: CIA girls vs. West


    Saturday:

    noon: West Anchorage girls vs. Ninilchik. Ninilchik loss - details unavailable.

  • 1:45: Heritage Christian boys vs. Kalskag
  • 3:30: CIA girls vs. Nikolaevsk
  • 5:15: CIA boys vs. Ninilchik


    February:

  • 3rd: CIA
  • 6th-7th @ Seward Tournament: Ninilchik lost all their games.
  • 12th-14th B/G Ninilchik Invitational Tournament:

  • Ninilchik beat CIA 49-30. Lindsey Rohr scored a whopping 19 followed by Grace Ehlers with 16 and Lindsay Schnabl with 10. Timaney and Shameka each scored two points.

  • Ninilchik beat West JV and Su-Valley and lost to Yakutat, taking 2nd in the tourney. All Tourney selections were Grace, Lindsay and Lindsey.


  • 17th: Ninilchik beat Bristol Bay in a nail biter 45-43 in a monster effort by Rohr who had 20 points to lead all scorers. Other scorers were Ehlers with 9, Schnabl with 6, Nelson with 8 and Dahl 2.


  • 18th: Ninilchik beat Unalaska 51-24; Rohr leading the pack with 25 big points. Ehlers was close behind with 20. Schnabl added 4.


  • 20th: Win over CIA
  • 24th: Win over Nikolaevsk
  • 27th: Ninilchik beats Seldovia in OT. Grace and Lindsey R. were the leading scorers, combining for all but 2 of the teams points which were put in by Lindsay S.The girls are seeded number one going into the District Tournament at Lumen Christian in Anchorage.

    March:

  • 4-7th Regions @ Lumen Christian

    Girls take the Region Championship and are headed to State!! Grace Ehlers earns MVP honors as well as being selected for All Conference. Lindsey Rohr is also an All Conference selection. Lindsay Schnabl and Lindsey Rohr are selected for All tourney. Lindsey Rohr wins the 3 pt. contest and Grace wins the free throw contest. Congrats!


  • 16-19th STATE
