If you know of someone who needs to be mentioned, please contact me so I can recognize them.
: 2002: Thanks for "Grannie Ed" (Edna Steik) for the yellow roses she bought for all the seniors for their last home game! For those who don't know, Edna is important to many Wolverines.....she is mother to Dan's wife, Jamie which makes her grandmother to players Tasha (now graduated) and Whitney Leman and mother-in-law to Coach Dan Leman. She is also great aunt to players Amanda Matson and her brother John Matson who played on the boy's team 2002. She is a big fan and supporter. She has bought many dinners over the years, giving hundreds of dollars, for the Lady Wolverines and bakes lots of cakes for our annual fundraiser as well as other things we're forgetting to mention. Thanks a bunch - we love ya!
:Thanks goes to Sheri Liebenthal, sister to Dan's wife Jamie, who takes tons of pictures for the teams and generously gives them away to parents and players. She also contributed $100 towards the teams' District Championships 2002 celebration dinner and baked many cakes for the girls' cake fundraiser.
:Thanks goes to Tammy Bear and Sheri Liebenthal for making the 2002 booklet they did which featured sponsors and players and messages from fans and parents. That was great!
