The traditional awards ceremony was held April 7 at Shannans which was well attended by members and guests alike.
Trophies were awarded to all the winners and we held a raffle to raise funds for the league.
A special plaque was also presented to Mr. Jerry Vicente for his long time support of the league and its Executive Committee.
We also held a members-only singles tournament, which ran overtime since we only had three boards to play on instead of four. John Bachelor (Aces) beat Tito Perez (Hawks) in the final. Yamina Maysonet (Bufalos Mojados) was the highest ranking woman to advance, bowing out at the quarterfinals. 48 players signed up in this first installment of what we hope will become an annual event. Mikey Perez hit his first T80 and was given a patch for the achievement. John takes home a new set of Hammerhead darts. Congratulations John!!!!!
