(9) Volkslauf Mud Run, Navy CB Base, Gulfport, 8:00 a.m. - This is my favorite run of all time. You'll go approximately 4-5 miles through mud, obstacles of varying degrees of toughness including steep hills, crawling under wire, scaling walls, etc. If you're going to do only 1 run in 2000, make it this one! Wear OLD clothes and OLD shoes.
