  8. Miscellaneous
    1. League Fees are due two weeks before the draft. If they are not paid by then, upon the commissioner's discretion, a new owner may be found to replace your team.
    2. Starters must be turned in by the beginning of the first game of the week (i.e. if there is a Thursday night game at 8:00pm, then the lineups must be in by 8:00pm that night). However, players may be swapped up to five minutes before their game starts for another player who hasn't played yet that week. If I don't get your starting lineup, then you are using the same lineup as last week, even if you have players starting who are on byes that week. Starters can be phoned in (215-368-1910) or emailed (brasterc@yahoo.com).
    3. The last possible time for a transaction to occur during the week is up to the beginning of the first game of the week. Transactions can then be made again starting Tuesday, the day after the Monday night game. You may put a claim in for a free agent before Tuesday. If multiple teams claim a free agent before Tuesday, the player is subject to waiver wire rules (the team with the worst record gets the player). Free agent pickups can be phoned in (215-368-1910) or emailed (brasterc@yahoo.com).
    4. The transaction deadline for the season is the 10th week, meaning that the last possible day for a transaction is before the start of the 10th week games (Some Date, 2007; Some Time). Once the 10th week games have started, you may no longer make any transactions during the season.
    5. Released players will go through waivers, giving the team with the worst record first crack at picking up the player, then the team with the second worst record, etc. A player will be on waivers for 24 hours.
    6. No trade can be completed until the commissioner has received approval from all teams involved in the trade and the commissioner has ruled that it is a fair trade.
    7. I'll try my best to contact coaches with important information, but it is your job to keep in touch with the website or myself for things such as your opponents starting lineup, released players, etc.
    8. If a team that has released somebody then wants him back, they must wait until the player has cleared waivers and is a free agent.
    9. Scoring changes, (i.e. the NFL reviewing and modifying the statistics of a game), will only affect our final scores if the scoring change is made official before the next weeks games start. Final scores will not be changed after the next weeks games have begun.
    10. You may protect 1 player before the draft from your previous years roster. This player must be protected by Some Date, 2007.
    11. The draft is on Some Date, 2007, Some Time, at my house (2137 Rebecca Drive, Hatfield, PA 19440). Bring money for pizza, beer, wings, etc.
    12. Final say on anything mentioned above or not mentioned is made by the commissioner.
