For basketball rules, let's just go with the following (similar to baseball):
18-13-9-6-4-2 for 1-2-3-4-5-6 in the regular season
18-12-7-4-2-2 for 1-2-3-4-5-7 in the playoffs
Remember, there is a min-max (before records/rewards) dollar amount per team of $20 and $50, respectively. Also, each record holder will receive $1 per record (regardless of ties.) Also, the regular season standings will determine the draft order next year (first place makes the selection of draft spot, then second place, etc.)
