NOTES: Finnish Elite League's Most Valuable Player of the 1996-97 season while playing with TPS Turku. Posted a record of 31-11-6 and a 2.08 goals-against average last season with TPS Turku. Guided TPS Turku to a championship victory in the inaugural European Hockey League (EHL) tourney. Named to the EHL first all-star team and received the most votes of any of the six players selected.
