Hi my name is Melissa Machann. I am the director of Seasonal Pageantry. I have directed for the past 6 years and hope to continue for a great many more. I began directing because I was inspired by a lady who directed a system in my area. She helped me by guiding me when I came upon a "bump in the road." I wanted to provide a good system that offered a fair chance for children to compete and be proud of their involvement with a pageant system. We participate in parades, parties and my royalty helps out by crowning at other events. "So what makes your so different from the rest?" you might ask. My only answer would be integrity. I don't believe in filling my pockets with entry fees, but rather turn the profit back into the system and reward the kids for doing a job well done. Every child that tries is a winner. At state and National level, every child receives a wrap around sash and a great gift just for trying. This sash means so much to a child because they feel like a winner, and wear them proudly when going to watch another pageant, or riding in a parade. I strive to keep the entry fee's low, and rewards high. Any suggestions are welcome!!
