1) You must have a website that works (preferably having to do with Buffy, Mortal Kombat, Cyberpet adoptions, or the yin-yang, but it's not compulsory). How about a crazy site?
2) Absolutely no "adult" content in any part of your site.
3) You must fill out the form.
4) You must put the ring code (it will be sent to you as soon as you submit your page) on a navagationable part of your site.
5) Save and upload the "previous" and "next" images onto your server.
