We're Central NF West Newfoundland Area - Girls from Sparks to Adults from three different Divisions - Baie Verte, Exploits Valley, & Green Bay.
You will find us from the Baie Verte peninsula, east to Grand Falls-Windsor, south to Buchans, and all points in between. We're proud members of the Provincial Council of Newfoundland & Labrador.

To help you situate us, Newfoundland & Labrador is the most eastern province in Canada and our boasts the most eastern point in North America.
