The first step in creating a web page is to find a suitable HTML Editor.
You could use Netscape Gold, Netscape Communicator,
or Microsoft Office 97 to create your web page or you could
download a great HTML editor. The one I use is Anansi.
It's freeware and it's very easy to use.
You can even ftp your files easily with the Anansi program.
Go to Anansi.
