One person is choosen as Marco. He closes his eyes and says "MARCO", the others in the pool respond by saying "POLO". Marco tries to find the others blindly. The first person he touches becomes "MARCO" and the game continues.
WATER VOLLEYBALL
This is our family favorite. A net is placed across the pool in the shallow end. Players on each team volley the ball just as in the Volleyball game. It is much harder to get around in the water, but some great dives for the ball are sure to add to a lot of refreshing fun.
WATER BASEBALL
The every popular baseball game can be adapted to a swimming pool game. Be sure and use a plastic bat and nurf ball!
WATER BALLOON TOSS ACROSS THE POOL
Divide into two teams. Have at least one player from each team on both sides of the pool and at least one or two people from each team inside the pool. The object is to throw the water ballon to the other side of the pool to the other team member without it breaking. Players on the other team inside the pool try to make the balloons break or fall into the water. The team who has the most unbroken balloons wins!
MORE POOL FUN
Girls love to dance as Underwater Ballerina Mermaids. 
Your body is so light in the water that it is very easy to stand on the tips of your toes, and dance across the pool. Both boys and girls love to stand on their hands under water. Try a contest to see who can walk on their hands under water the furtherest.
Have an adult watch to see who wins. Try to do backwards flips in the water. If you can not do that try a frontwards flip. When you get real good try to see how many flips you can do without stopping.
TODDLER POOL GAMES
We love to go round and round holding hands and singing ":Ring Around the Rosey" with out Niece Jasmine. We add the ending "We all go UNDER..." and we all go under the water!
ENJOY a Lazy Afternoon
Have you ever laid under the sky and watched the clouds go by. Take your friend or family member with you and spread a blanket or large towel on the grass and just watch the clouds go by. See how many images you can discover by looking at the shapes of the clouds.
