NO ENCHANTMENT ON ARROWS
I confirmed with the dev team that the new magic arrows
that will become available on public servers after this
coming Wednesday's patch, will not require the use of
either Enchanted Metals, or Vials of Mana.
The only requirement to make them is the materials, and
appropriate fletching skill.
So basically this means that we will be
able to fletch our own magic arrows :) . I expect that we
will need a high fletching skill to make them. So I would
personally suggest that all of you get cracking and get
your fletching skill up!
