Here is what you need to do:
  1. Your page must be in the GeoCities Enchanted Forest.

  2. You need to be moved in and have more than just links to other places on your page.

  3. You need to make sure that all your graphics are loaded into your GeoCities account.

  4. Your page can not contain anything related to pornography or have any bad language.

  5. As a personal award from The Cookie Fountain, it is the decision of Cookie to not give this award to sites that have pictures of children on them. If you want to know why, please read my page on pictures in the Internet Safety Fountain.

  6. Send Cookie an email and she will take a look at your site. If Cookie thinks you have a Great Web Page, she will send you the URL to the graphic you can put on your page. Remember to ask your parents permission before sending Cookie an email, so they know what you are doing. If you are UNDER 13, you MAY NOT apply for this award.
