Nancy Fish, M.S.W. Licensed clinical social worker practicing as a psychotherapist in Bergen County. Employed at West Bergen Mental Health Care in Ridgewood, New Jersey. Active private practice specializing in working with parents of special needs children. Runs support and education groups for parents of premature and special needs children. Ms. Fish graduated with a master’s degree in social work and a master’s degree in public health from Columbia University, New York.

Dina K. Baum Dina is currently attending Bergen Community College in Paramus, New Jersey. She is working to obtain a degree in Communication Arts. Dina was a National Honor Society member in high school and is currently on the dean’s list in college. Dina would be an asset to the organization because as an individual and a student with a disability, she understands the special needs community. She is willing to take what she has learned from her experiences and work hard to make the system and world a better place for those in similar situations as herself.

Reverend Roger Spencer Reverend Spencer has been Pastor of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Glen Rock, N.J. since 1983. He is married to Patricia. They have two children, Cortney and Shayne. B.A. from Muhlenberg College, Allentown, Pa. In 1969; Masters of Divinity from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia in 1973 and was ordained that same year; Doctor of Ministry from the Graduate Theologi- cal Foundation in Donaldson, Indiana in 1995. Dr. Spencer also serves as Secretary of the New Jersey Synod of the Evangelical Church in America since 1997. He serves as Chaplain of the Glen Rock Police Department. He was a founding member of the Glen Rock Art Council. Dr. Spencer is the father of Cortney who has been active in Meaningful Movements since the early 1990’s.

Patricia Spencer Patricia was born and raised on Long Island, NY. She graduated from Muhlenberg College, Allentown, Pa. with a B.A. in Economics in 1969. She is married to Roger and they have two children, Cortney and Shayne. Pat is the Office Administrator for the law firm of Hunziker, Jones, Caserta & Romer, P.A. and a member of the Legal Administrators Association. Pat has volunteered as president, treasurer and committee member for numerous school organizations including the Early Childhood Learning Center Parent Teacher Organization, the Glen Rock High School Home and School Association and the Glen Rock High School Band. Currently, Pat oversees the Homeless Shelter at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church during the months of October and November. Pat’s daughter, Cortney enjoys the creativity and inspiration of dance. She is proud to be a member of the Meaningful Movement Dance Company.
