The Kraft Family and supporters are calling for a formal investigation into the events surrounding this case and discourages all unnecessary travel into Mexico until Mexican Ambassador Antonio Garcia Sanchez is held accountable for the injuries of American Citizen Don Kraft.

Kraft, his wife and 3 boys ages 6, 10, and 12 were simply vacationing in Baja when they got involved in a car accident with Mexican Human Rights Official Antonio Garcia Sanchez, a Mexican Diplomat. Kraft suffered a broken neck that required immediate Medical attention at a U.S. trauma center.

Sanchez refused to let Kraft be life flighted back to the U. S. until he received over $ 7000 dollars and at one point discussed his desire for a new car. Sanchez's demands increased from $2000 dollars to $5000 and finally settled on $7000. Sanchez bartered for more money as precious time went by... time that medically Don Kraft could not afford to lose.

Eighteen hours after the accident Kraft was finally life flighted. He now lays in hospital bed with complete paralysis.

Doctors have confirmed that it was the amount of time it took to get Kraft to care that caused his deteriorated condition.

Thanks for showing your Solidarity and Support for the Kraft  family.
