Hello! I'm a Grandson of a Quesenberry trying to trace his family tree. From what I've gathered, his family lived heavily in the Moorehead, Kentucky area in the late 1800's but there may be a connection with the Virginia and West Virginia lines since he
was born in Herandon, West Virginia.
My grandfather was Walter H. Quesenberry (Dec.24,1911 to Dec.20,1998). His father's name was Albert D. Quesenberry (born in Rowan Co. Kentucky in the late 1800's) who died in 1964. His mother's name was Lina. Her maiden name spelled Thorpe or Tharp.
She was born in Elliot Co. Kentucky on July 2,1892.
My grandfather's grandfather was Isaac Quesenberry. His grandmother was Alice Quesenberry. I have no other information about them.
