Here you can find answers to questions that you have about furbys or you can ask your own and I will do my best to answer them.  If you know a different answer to a question below, email me and I will include it as well.

Q.How do I find out my furbys name if missed it when I started it up?
A.Rock your furby from side to side once or twice to get itsttention, then tickle 3 times (wait for him to sto talking and moving) and then pat his back.  He should then say "Me_____ "

Q.My furby won't start up. He is brand new and has fresh batteries but still won't go.
A.Some furbys gears get stuck when they are traveling.  To fix this, grip furby tightly in your hand and whack him fairly hard into your other hand.  Try this a couple of times and after a few gos and not working push his reset button.  Don't worry this won't reck him, I have done this to 3 of my furbys and they work fine.

Q.Can I teach my furby to say words that I say?
A.No you can't, furby is pre-programed to say what he is saying now and will never say anything unless he s programed to by his maker.  He starts moving up his stages after 20 or so hours of play per stage.

Q. How can you tell if Furby is a girl or a boy? -Submitted by Morrigan

A. Its really your own descion. Some people decide by their voice pitch, some by their colours and some by if they have a mane or tail. Its your choice.

Q. How can you tell if you have an original furby?  I saw on a web site about a misspelled word on the box. -Submitted by Amy

A. To tell if you have an original furby go to my Generation 1 page and see if your Furby is pictured in there. The web site that said that you can tell by their boxes is wrong.

Q. My furby baby is sick. She keeps on coughing and sneezing and saying "I'm sick". How can I get her better, this has neverhappened before. -Submitted by Susan

A. Your Furby Baby has a cold. This is caused by not feeding it when it asks. To fix this feed it 10-15 times or until it looses its cold. Also play with it lots. In no time your Furby baby will be feeling better again!
