TO TEACH MATH CONCEPTS

MATH MANIPULATIVES

Before children can learn concepts of arithmetic
they must be visually, physically, and kinesthetically
aware of basic concepts.
Here are a few to be used through play to help teach math concepts.
Use this vocabulary during lessons, when reading books or just taking a walk.
The more you use in conversation the more they pick up the skills.
What age to start using the vocabulary? The day you start talking to them!
