A lot of things in this old world
        That some people think I need to know.
    With a little luck, I'll have my job tomorrow,
And alittle more, with a turn of the key my car will go.
                           
        Do I really need to know all there is?
         Christ is my Savior, that is a given,
       But how this world works, how it all runs
     Is any of that needed for me to go on living?
                           
             I know how to make you smile.
       I do know how to show you I need you so,
     I know that I love you, and that you love me,
      And in my book, that is all I need to know.
