02s32.  We are currently doing our Ministry Of Education Pre-University
Project Work on the role and impact of SMS in Singapore.  We would
greatly

1) When SMS started and how it has developed
2) Amount of SMS used per year for the last 10 years (1992 - 2001)
3) The average individual use per month
    Upon completion of our project, we will be drawing up a report on
