The Latest Announcements:
Since the twenty new Beanie Babies announced in February and shown on the Ty site on March 1, Ty announced two new Beanie Babies and one new Beanie Buddy. Then on Thursday, June 1, an announcement was made of a special new Beanie Baby named Ariel. (All profits from the sales of this Beanie will be donated to the Pediatric AIDS Foundation.) And on Tuesday, June 6, a new US-exclusive Beanie, U.S.A. the American bear, was announced. Here they all are:

Sakura first started appearing in Japan in mid-March and was officially announced with a picture on the Ty Japan site on March 25. Rex and Wisest were announced on Ty's site on May 1, 2000.
