Your final point average will be based on your scores on the midterm, final, extra credit and other sources that may develop.

Missed Quizzes or Exams:
Quizzes cannot be made up. A make-up midterm exam will be offered only for excused absences. The student must contact the college office or me before the exam. Acceptable excuses include: severe injury or illness (proof of visit to emergency room or physician must be provided), or death in family (obituary must be provided). Over sleeping is not an excuse. The final decision on the acceptability of the student's excuse will be made by the course coordinator.
Attendance Policy: Regular classroom attendance is expected necessary for academic success and preparation for employment. Students are expected to attend class and take notes. Note taking in this class is very important.
Since I am only at the university on the day of class, you will have a hard time getting a hold of me at the College of Pharmacy by phone. Feel free to contact me at home (Please phone at reasonable hours). Naturally, you can fax or e-mail me anytime
The following is a tentative class, topic, and test schedule for the spring quarter. It is subject to change. We may move through the material at a faster or slower pace than the schedule indicates. If the mid-term is to given on a different date I will notify at least two weeks in advance.
The final exam will be given as listed in the university exam schedule.
