Member of Pressler, Inc. System Integration team. Developed the Common Reference Platform (CRP) for Americast partners deployment. Americast's CRP provides a fully integrated network architecture for the delivery of the americast-branded service offering using a variety of digital video distribution technologies, including digital wireless (MMDS) and hybrid fiber-coax (HFC). Americast is a partnership of BellSouth Corp., Ameritech Corp, GTE Corp, SNET and The Walt Disney Co. created to develop and market the next generation of home entertainment.

Member of site integration team for the PBVS TELE-TV head-end. Responsible for configurations of Fore ATM switch, Divicom System Controllers, MPEG-2 Digital Compression Encoders/Remuliplexers and network support equipment. Configurations included PIDS, VPI/VCI, EPG, IP addresses, routes, DNS, and SNMP. Also participated in functional testing of overall end to end system.

Member of Network and Systems Engineering ISSC group. Responsible for integration and day-to-day support of Hughes Satellite and Communication group. Developed Help Desk functionality profile and Field Engineering Procedures. Developed enterprise standard client installation profiles.

Member of Network and Integration team. Responsible for deployment of GTE office (WAN/LAN) network system, based on Novell NetWare 3.11/3.12. Developed all installation procedures and scripts. Performed remote installation and diagnostic of the entire network system.

System Engineer served as the team leader for computer lab support group. Provided support and software installation (SunOS, BWS, Document Editor, UNIX, Novell/NetWare, etc.) for entire QA team. Served as the technical interface between development and test group to ensure timely and accurate debug support and provided debugging assistance to development as needed. Performed remote debugging using TCP/IP Bridge in the XDE environment. Primary area of expertise include UNIX interoperability, system configurations, network administration and software/hardware interface.

Performed system administration for Ethernet Novell/NetWare Local Area Network. Provided hardware/software system configuration, implementation, installation, and customer service support for customized insurance package (RATER). Designed all backup procedures. Set up software packages. Wrote system utilities.

Performed system test, maintenance, and installation of computer systems, developed by Citicorp TTI to support its on-line home banking research and development project. Wrote test plans, conducted tests and generated test results.
