CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS


WISDOM KEEPERS: WOMEN'S SACRED DRUMMING CIRCLE

Throughout history, women have gathered in a circle to tell stories, express and share dreams as well as lessons learned. Come and join us to create a women's sacred drumming circle - a forum of free expression through drumming, dream sharing, chanting and shamanic journeying. Bring instruments such as drums and rattles, pen and journal. Offered: Every 2nd and 4th Thurs., 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Garden Angels Holistic Center, Snohomish, Wa.

REIKI I AND II

Learn and practice this ancient art of healing touch. This ancient art of healing works with our body's own energy fields. Use Reiki to heal yourself and others. You will receive a certificate of completion as well as attunements at the end of the class. This class is very interactive. There are two classes offered for winter quarter:January 18th: 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and February 8th: 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Cost for the class is $40.00. 9-YEAR GOALS WORKSHOP

A 4-Saturday workshop utilizing a holistic approach to goal setting. We will work on all aspects of our lives; from careers, relationships, finances, physical health and our spirituality. We will learn tools on how to create an image book or develop a road map to accomplishing all our goals. We will discover where we are on the seasonal cycle of life and create a step-by-step program for ourselves that will enable us to be prosperous, be in the flow and recognize areas that stops us from moving forward.

Bring notebook, pen and a sack lunch at each class.

The techniques taught in this workshop is based on Toni Stone's Seasons of Prosperity model and Charles Filmore. You must be committed to attend all class dates.

January 18th, February 1st, February 15th and March 1st from 12:00 noon - 3:00 p.m.. Tuition: $120.00 includes workbook and other materials (or $20.00 each class plus $40.00 for workbook and materials paid to instructor on first class day). BASIC CORE SHAMANISM

Learn how shamanism can assist you in your path of spiritual growth and healing. You will learn the basics of shamanic journeying and other tools you can use in your life. Bring drum, rattle, pillow, journal and pen and snack/lunch. This class is very interactive. January 25th: 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Cost for the class is $45.00.
