Our proven approach employs a four-step process to ensure production of the qualified candidates for each position.

1. Data collection in initial client discussions is used to develop a thorough position specification describing the specific responsibilities, reporting relationship, and candidate experience and educational qualifications necessary to satisfy the performance criteria. We under take a special effort to understand and appreciate the client's management philosophy, corporate culture, and business philosophy which allows us to better qualify candidates from the stand point of personality and "chemistry" and thereby ensure a better fit within the client organization.

2. Our research department will then undertake and intensive search to target prospective candidates with qualifications closely matching the position specification. Confidential contact is then made with these individuals to determine relative levels of accomplishment and screen several candidates to compare and evaluate competently.

3. Qualified candidates are then thoroughly interviewed to better understand their accomplishments, capabilities, management style, growth potential, communication skills, compensation history, and leadership qualities, as well as their personal strengths and limitations.

4. The best-qualified candidates will then be presented to the client together with our confidential assessment of their skill sets in our competitive analysis designed to yield a finial candidate. This process includes our speaking with references that either are, or have been, in positions qualifying them to evaluate the candidates' performance on the job.
