WELCOME!!!!!!!
SHORT TERMS on aboutme page: I buy to resll, I list, you bid/by, I send invoice, you pay, I send, we both postfeedback. Or at least that's how a good transaction is supposed to go....sometimes problems crop up and that's mainly/basically why this...

Long verbose terms covering auctions, ebay store....links back to my aboutme page spooradically throughout here....

  • I list, you bid and you are lucky winning bidder or buyer...
  • Please, either you send me ebay's checkout w/name & CONFIRMED address (if info sent within email, remember to include item title &/or auction number) or I send EOA / invoice; BUT WHO CARES about these terms it seems...

    Click here to go back as you've seen enough...

  • >PAYMENT: Please pay w/Paypal PLEASE, within 3 days for faster, prompt sending of your purchase(s) as Tuesday and Friday sem to be best days to ship most of the time...and did you know Paypal's NOT just for people w/credit cards you can register JUST your checking account with them? Funds from e-check or your existing balance, or credit card from Paypal or at least notify me within that time to tell me you can pay within week's end of auction-of late, ONLY payment option is online due to so many late (or none due to buyer changing their mind) payments ONLINE and/or by mail or wrong sent payments-AND if payment not made / received within 7 days I reserve right to relist or offer to backup bidder or relist the item without repercussion from you;
  • SOMETIMES, not all the time unless you do NOT have a paypal account, I offer ebuyer to send payments: ONLY a USPS aka United States Postal Money Order aka US postal money order (small gift bonus sent to try to make up for 90¢ cost of this), unused still sticky US postage stamps or cash (latter at your risk-if done, delivery confirmation suggested))-even yet, some auctions have other payment forms-sent payment MUST be in my hands within 7 days auction's end...do remember, though: the faster you pay, the quicker I can send;
  • If payment NOT RECEIVED within week's end of auction, ebay's NPB alert is filed, at which time I reserve right NOT to wait for your payment and/or not have to sell you such item / or I can relist item;
  • Postage noted clearly (90% of the time, although USPS postage is by zones, so it varies-only way I can use UPS or Fed Ex is using YOUR account, which I offer for heavier, bulkier items as both are across town & I have no accounts there as I blieve in the USPS)-US postage ALWAYS includes delivery coonfirmation (tracking) with insurance winner's option at rate of $1.30 for value to $50 ($2.30 to $100 value, $1 additional per $100 value)-seller NOT liable in case anything happens if NOT opted for. or I use ebay 's postage calculator-YES I combine purchases to help defray postage/insurance costs, asking ebuyer to make just one payment....
  • *****POSTAGE-WISE DO NOTE: I reserve right to take up to 2 weeks to send your item WITHOUT REPERCUSSION such as excessive emails, "where's my item" or neutral feedback-I post my terms clearly, please understand, comprehend them so no problems arise... Some weeks I do temp work or am busy helping others- sometimes I have time to do postal runs once a week, sometimes moreso....
  • With all email correpondence, remember to ALWAYS state auction number AND name, title and/or description, okay? Thanks!
  • Did you know eby charges us sellers to list and relist things?? It costs us 35¢ to list any item up to $9.99; eby takes 35¢ if we listitem in 2nd category or if we list what's called a gallery photo; eby takes another selling fee if item is sold; then I accept PAYPAL who takes minimum of another 47¢ off the top-is 35¢ transaction fee plus a percentage of total purchase price AND postage; I then do NOT CHARGE handling/materials charges, as I send books sometimes in padded envelopes that cost me 25¢-$1.50 each, I do recycle, use used packing materials but with initial 35¢+ listing fee plus 47¢ paypal fee plus selling fee which is percentgae, how can I sell cheap items for less you ask?
  • Then, too, some complain about ACTUAL posytage, which since 1998, have prided self on charging...BUT starting in 2006, just isn;t feasible anymore as I am losing money at this point...again, I pay for padded envelopes 25¢-$1.50 each, I pay for brown envelopes, sometimes I have to buy bubble wrap, PLUS cost of gas nowadays, upkeep of van, time it takes to go to post office, etc etc etc-Instead of added charge will be figuring into set postage amounts my rates...Please bearwith me-nothing exhorbitant ike I have seen with some sellers but is hard on us...

  • MY BIGGEST MISUNDERSTOOD AUCTION TERM IS "ALL SALES FINAL" which, in all practicality means BUYER BEWARE aka NO REFUND-NO RETURN-ALL ITEMSSOLD AS IS (although electrical items are pretested before photo is even taken-if damaged enroute, you must file insurance claim-I cannot be held liable if you did NOT opt for insurance, though) ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS-BUYER BEWARE (although imprefections, problems seen by me noted) NO CHARGEBACK whether through papal nor your charge card do we understand,? -NO BUYER'S REMORSE meaning if you change your mind, or find elsewhere cheaper or decide you no longer want item now or next month when you find it cheaper at local discount store,Seems more often than none, with few unhappy ebuyers, THESE RULES ARE BEING BROKEN AND NOT EVEN READ OR UNDERSTOOD ALOT-last such case, buyer did NOT insure their $50 item BUT I SURELY DID-hey threw out box, packing material, had nothing to take bck to USPS when I assured them indeed I HAD INSURED IT, but they filed against me at paypal AND LOST! MOST SELLERS DON'T FEEL THEY HAVE TO HAVE THESE WRITTEN OUT but this means, all items sold as is, I try to describe them as honestly and best as I can, (especially true with no photo=no reserve items) BUT I do NOT tolerate buyer's remorse (meaning if you change your mind, no longer wanting item or found it elsewhere cheaper)--- Or perhaps you overspent or significant other says no!.

    Sometimes, I do claim responsibility for item I somehow misrepresented, I will ask you return such an item and I will refund it when I get it BUT BE SURE TO PACK IT WELL-if you don't and don't insure it, don't expect me to pay for damaged enroute item-this happened last month, guy literally THREW item in box, never packing it, when it arrived broken up, my mailman advised me to refuse it-sorry!

    Few times, I have been wrong about id'ing something, or missing damage but rarely does this happen as i a not some old lady trying to get along by selling on eby although majority of my income is from eby sales....I'm not stupid, sometimes too trusting but I try to be honest, asking buyers same courtesy. I have been known to give a rebate, rather than item being sent back as that can get costly

    Most seller's refund policy is buyer pays both ways the postage/shipping costs, they only refund purchase price and eby costs...I do not offer such, so sorry-all sales final means just that. I am so sorry! NO REFUND-NO RETURN-ALL SALES FINAL-NO CHARGEBACK-NO BUYER'S REMORSE TOLERATED

    Look at my feedback...4 negatives in last year with overall 3000+ positives.. I am sorry this ALL SALESFINAL turns off potential ebuyers, but I am honest, up front.

    If you are dissatisfied, I ask you to PLEASE email me BEFORE posting feedback other than positive, perhaps we can work out problem(s) which has NOT happened in 2005, so what's up??

    IF YOU DECIDE TO POST ME NEGATIVE, DON'T EXPECT ME TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH REFUNDING you at such a point, as that is outright rude...or if you peek at my transaction history, I get retaliatory feedback from people who never follow through, whom I post non paying bidder alert against which is unfair... Use common courtesy, you are rude towards me, expect a not so nice feedback.-My mom always taught me, if you can't say anything nice, don't say it at all...ebay suggests as well as I feel it is common courtesy to communicate with seller. NOT ONE of my latest non -positives did the buyer do such-all could have been avoided if done so...

  • I send (remember, I reserve right to take up to 2 weeks to send your item out without repercussion), feedback posted, a great transaction......
  • if, by chance you change your min or something MAJOR comes up, like in November i had accidentand left me omebound after trip to hospital, totally unplanned, unexpected, i did indeed refund a few people whose items I could NOT send out, in such a circumstance, I need to file what's called A NON PAYING BIDDER ALERT with eby stating such, that we mutually decided not to folow through with transaction.

    If by chance, you are one who doesn't pay, I will check off you did not pay; at which point I;ve reserved right to relist or not sell to you at all, and eby will then give you BAD STRIKE against for not following through with legally biding bid/paying for an item-if you get 3 of these, you are suspended off eby

  • POSTAL CLAIMS: If something arrives damaged, please contact me within week's arrival and take package back to post office, complete with packing material, box sent in, start claim at your end-when they send paperwork to me, I will furnish insurance receipt, make refund payable to you-
  • If there are any points you have questions about, email me.

    For books, i depend on eby 's vast inventory they offer to sellers using their photo and their description although they fall short alot...I depend on them-I do NOT have photos, sorry

  • Another controversial topic is some heavier items, why don't I have postage noted? I have about 20 packed up package in my small home, inquiring ebuyers have asked how much to send to me at 00000 or how much will it cost to send to me here 00000 but again, I state clearly in auction, once item has a bid or sis sold I CHARGE WHAT THE POST OFFICECHARGES ME, so why is this so rude?? Ittakes alot of time for us to prepack things; it takes time away from others to answer such questions and 9 times out of 10, said potential ebuyers NEVER bother bidding on item.

    eby 's calculator is wrong sometimes, I usually end up paying difference-recently, someone won $19.99 item, ebay stated $10 or so postage YET when I went to post office, USPS charged me $27.80 due to being oversized...you REALLY don't think the ebuyer paid the difference?I lost my shirt...but I tried to keep customer happy!

    Phew!!
    I try to educate new users the importance of non paying, the importance of THINK before you post feedback when angry, the importance of READ the description BEFORE you bid, don;t just look at photo and title, then bid...I also help new users on eby -Please learn about eby -this is majority of my income I support myself with..
  • I think I have covered most bases with eby terms, payment, shipping, what happens if something goes wrong... SOUND EASY ENOUGH? Few sellers post any terms, whatsoever-I've been criticized by buyers, cyberfriends, etc for pointing out such common sense stuff but when I falter, forget, watch out!!! I'm really unsure why not a week goes by, I think my terms are common sense but things go wrong or ebuyer doesn't understand this or that-whenever in doubt...

    email questions! click here to email me!

    Click here to go back to aboutme page to eby If you havegotten this far, read everything, be sure to mention it to me ASAP and I will include free small gift with your purchase, sound fair enough? Thanks, God Bless... Again, think I have covered almost everything-....
