My life is divided into two parts, one part is my interests related to my job work and the other part is my fun life (which is partly classified). I was born in a small state called Goa which is famous for its beaches, tourist attractions and people. Most of the time we would hang out at the beach in the evenings because its much cooler there (daytime temp=27*C or 100*F all year round) or we would go out to different places. Goa is full of fun things to do, we have street dances for every major catholic holiday, the basilica of St. Francis Xavier, midnight mass, windsurfing, jetskiing, Arlem beer festival, Sea food festival (Miramar-panjim-goa), a lot of water activities etc..... Except for the rather oppressive heat (during the day), this is a place you really should visit in your lifetime, there is a blend of western people and locals in some areas as there is such a high level of tourists visiting, at the same time you will be able to find a great spot to be alone too. Visit my store products page for info on how to go about a visit to goa, we run a guesthouse in Panjim and will hook you up easily.
After 24 years there, i moved to New York-USA and completed my MS there, now i am in New Jersey-US. NYC is a very active city and a lot of things to do if u can afford it. As with most places in the US all things are well organized and the road network is the greatest. NYC is full of massive and astounding buildings, bridges, parks, a tram, tunnels, restaurants (all cuisines), rock shows and clubs. New Jersey is right next to NYC, has some open space, a few not that good beaches and is less busy compared to NYC. Blend the 2 together and you can have a nice time.
