Our Vision:
To see in our lifetime, a world free from Leukemia, Lymphoma and related Blood Cancers.
- It is our wish to see a cure for Leukemia & the Blood Cancers during our lifetime.
- We expect to see significant progress in Leukemia research.
- The Paigé Wilsek Leukemia Foundation supports research for the cure.
Our Mission:
To provide Leukemia, Lymphoma and related Blood Cancer patients financial support.
Each qualified Leukemia patient aid recipient receives a one time support of $500.00.
Each qualified Leukemia patient aid recipient receives an age/gender appropriate gift basket filled with toys and gifts.
To provide Leukemia, Lymphoma and related Blood Cancer patients emotional support.
Families dealing with Leukemia have other needs, emotional. We have a social worker on staff to help.
Our volunteers, available to talk with, have all been touched by Leukemia in some way.
Within the next months, a 24 hour hot-line is being set-up for families coping with Leukemia.
To fund Cancer research.
- The goal to fund research is realized in our direct contact with organizations such as:
- The Leukemia Society of America
- The Leukemia Research Foundation.
Our Leukemia Aid Related Programs:
Present Leukemia, Lymphoma and related Blood Cancer patients financial support during treatment.
- Leukemia patients needs only fill out a simple application and have it signed by a nurse or a social worker, then send the application to our main office for review, to qualify for the one time $500.00 financial aid. Most applications are reviewed and excepted with in 2 weeks.
Present Leukemia, Lymphoma and related Blood Cancer patients a gift basket.
- Once the application has been review and approved, a check is cut and a gift basket is made up for each patient. Most baskets are filled will cookies, candy, toys, books and games.

Our volunteers are experienced in locating hard to find Leukemia information.
To be advocates for continued government funding and increased awareness.
- Previously there were bills being presented to the 105th Congress requesting Medicare to pay for cancer clinical trials. Currently bills are being presented to the 106th Congress to not only require Medicare pay for clinical trials, but to increase funding to the NIH, National Institutes of Health, and by the fiscal year 2003 double the NIH's budget Click here to find out more about
