The major difference between modular and conventional construction is the cost to the buyer. Modular homes cost up to 20% less. Factory components reduce cost yet allow the use of similar materials.

We are an authorized builder of quality Nationwide Modular Homes designed for the Southeast region. We build several models from the "Village Collection" (affordable) and "Silver Series"; please click on the links below for specific models;

We can customize your home in various ways, for example by adding a porch or other extras.
