Some Recent Projects


EAST CARRIBEAN: This is a 1188 square foot modular home on Summerland Key. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and has a factory built 10' x 27' gable porch. The home is on 8' columns and has peach vinyl siding. We just finished adding a sea wall and davits and extended the downstairs enclosure to include a two-car garage. Directions: On US 1 at about mile marker 24 1/2 you would turn south to Carribean, then left on East Carribean. Follow it to the corner of Crockshank and East Carribean. 519 Whitehead: This is an historical renovation of a late 19th century commercial building in the historical section of Key West. This 1800 square foot structure had four 450 square foot offices. Now it is a beautiful home. T-Builders is proud to be a winner of a Certificate of Excellence for this project. FLYING FISH: This is a 1512 square foot modular home under construction on Sugarloaf Key. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, and has a site built 8' x 56' open deck on the rear. The home is on 8' columns and has peach vinyl siding. Directions: On US 1 at about mile marker 17 you would turn south on Sugarloaf Blvd., then right on Flying Fish Lane. It is the second house on the right hand side.

CHAMBER OF COMMERCE BUILDING: This 1173 square foot model has been modified for commercial use, and attached to the old Chamber of Commerce Building on Big Pine Key. It is open to the public from 9am to 5pm Monday through Saturday. Directions: US 1 to Industrial Drive (across from Cedar Inn), turn right. The Chamber Building is on US 1 and Industrial Drive.

JOHNSON HOME: This is a 1700 square foot custom home on Little Torch Key. The home is cedar, wood-frame construction, painted gray. Directions: US 1 to Pirate Road, turn south on Pirate Road, turn left on La Grande Road, turn right on La Fitte Road, turn right on Doubloon Road. The Johnson home is the last home on the right.

LAMBERT HOME: This is a large (1700 sq. ft.), concrete constructed, luxury home on Big Pine Key. This custom-built beauty has three bedrooms, a large enclosed porch, and room for a swimming pool. It also has a full downstairs enclosure and two-car garage. The home is on a deep-water canal, suitable for sailboats or powerboats, and close to open water. Click here for further pictures.

RODGERS HOME: This is a 1040 square foot custom built home on Little Torch Key. It is a wood frame 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Has an optional 5/12" hip style pitched roof, cedar lap siding, painted and an white aluminum screened in porch 8' x 26'. An optional grade slab and 300 square foot enclosure for storage. Directions: US 1 to Little Torch Key. Turn on Pirates Rd. Left on LaGrande to LaFitte Rd. Turn left to Durk Ave. Left on Durk Ave. and it is the last house on right.

PARKS HOME: This is a 900 square foot custom built home on Big Pine Key. It is a wood frame 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Has a 6/12" hip roof, cedar lap siding, stained. A covered wrap around porch and 10' x 30' covered porch. Directions: US 1 to the traffic light on Big Pine Key, turn north on Wilder Rd. Continue going straight after stop sign and turn left on Date Row Rd. Last house on left before stop sign.

MILLER HOME: This the a 1173 square foot model in Jolly Roger Subdivision on Little Torch Key. The home is gray vinyl with a wooden tie beam. Directions: US 1 to Little Torch. Turn south on Pirate Road. Left on LaGrande to LaFitte. Left on LaFitte to John Silver. Second house on the right.

KATUBI HOME: This is a 1248 square foot modular home in Saddlebunch Shores Estates. The home is on 4' columns and has white vinyl siding. Directions: On US 1 at mile maker 14 you would turn south on Bluewater Rd. Follow it to your right and it is the second home on your left.

PERKINS HOME: This is a 2,160 square foot two story modular home in the city of Key West. The home is on 3' columns and has wood novelty siding, wood soffit and fascia and metal tin roof for that conch style look that Key West is known for. Two 13' x 40' wood porches, one over the other, the top porch being fiberglass and creating a roof for the first floor porch. This home is located at 1423 Flagler Ave. in old town Key West.
