Here I want to use this opportunity, ask the district attorneys to be vigilant and swift in their actions against this criminal (Mark Kalsful) who practice hate against me, the fellow US citizen. Criminal Mark Kalsful, also a theft lives in your area, committed hate crime in your area at internet eBay trade. He lives at 100 Kinross dr #40, Walnut Creek, CA 94598, he won the bid of my guitar (item #7381516223) for $129.98(included shipping fee) at eBay on Jan. 20, 06, ever since the buyer Mark Kalsful committed sent hate crime mail (sent out at your area, I have prove in this letter), harassment mail to me, threat me, cheat my guitar, stole my guitar (have prove he stole my guitar in POST OFFICE at Feb. 21 in WALNUT CREEK, CA 94598, see signature of Mark Kalsful below)

At Jan 21, the buyer Mark Kalsful, demand pay at paypal.com which is not my pay term (my term cashier check), but he insisted. See his mail to me:

"no paypal?

i dont buy unless it is through paypal.

let me know your paypal account info and ill post payment immediately.

thanks

my bid was a contract. ebay is taking action against you for trying to avoid fees.

if i can, i will make sure that you can not use ebay again. you are a stupid person”

One week later on Jan 31, 06, he send rude mail to me said his paid at paypal.com and demanded guitar as soon as after I told him guitar shipped out on Feb. 1, 06, see picture below:

"i paid for the item yesterday as promised. ship the item as soon as possible. MK"

But 4 days later, Feb. 4, his money at paypal.com gone back to him, Paypal sent a mail to me:

"Dear Guo Lei, We recently received a claim from a buyer regarding merchandise that either was never received or did not match your original description. Please understand that until our investigation into this matter is complete, we may place a hold on funds associated with this transaction. For more information, please review our User Agreement."

Then I filed a complain to ebay Officer for theft Mark Kalsful is commit to cheat my guitar and his hate crime series. Since I report criminal Mark Kalsful cheated(from withdraw his payment for my guitar @paypal.com after I noticed him guitar mailed out to him) my guitar to the Ebay Officers Mr. Kalsful and Mr. Marcellus, criminal Mark Kalsful agreed not to take me guitar(from his assault email to me). Then I thought Post Office will mail back to me if no one takes it. Where is my guitar now, theft Mark Kalsful stole it at his Post Office, has proved here.

I already reported this incident to Mr. Kiefer and Mr. Marcellus at eBay inc., the fraud prevention Group, eBay Trust & Safely. They contacted the buyer, criminal Mark Kalsful and demand him to pay (see my infor. attach in this letter), but this offender refuse eBay action. Now I have to bring this hate crime matter to you.

Here I attach original evidence, witnesses to prove that the buyer Mark Kalsful sent me crime mail, assault email and cheat my guitar, the series of his hate crime, and the mail on Feb. 8 of Mr. Kiefer and Mr. Marcellus at eBay inc. from eBay-the fraud prevention Group to me, try to help me to catch this criminal, and the Post Office Record to you, the signature of Mark Kalsful who stole me guitar.
