This web site was borne from a 20-year high school reunion of graduates from the class of 1978. We thought it was time to bring virtual Immaculata to the Internet so we can visit here since visiting our former school is not possible. So pass the word, and let the good times roll! We would love to hear from you, especially from former students and teachers of The Immaculata High School.

The Immaculata high school goes way back in the history of Chicago, Illinois, U. S. A.
It was a Catholic school for girls between 1921 and 1981. The school was located at 640 Irving Park Road, Chicago, IL. The building is one of Chicago's historical landmarks and is still there today - at the corner of Irving Park Road and Marine Drive. Once upon a time, Irving Park Road ended at the school before Lake Shore Drive ever existed.The girls once wore starched collars and uniforms. Over the years, the uniforms stayed, but the starched collars did not! We hope to have pictures sent to us representing some of the vintage fashions throughout the years. Don't forget those lovely gym uniforms!
We have over 8,000 alumnae! We are not in contact with all of our classmates, so please if you know of anyone who has attended our school, have them visit this site. We will be adding and updating to this site as we reach more alumnae via electronic highway. We need your help to reach former students and graduates of Immaculata High School.
