CNC MACHINING
With our CNC machining centers and CNC lathes, we manufacture complex or special precision parts. We are able to have consistent, accurate results on all sizes of parts. We work with all types of materials including mild steel, cast iron, brass, bronze, cast iron, cast steel, tool steel, stainless steel and all types of special plastics. We accept all orders ranging from 1 - 5 pieces to 100 - 1000 or more pieces. We also do customized fixture and tooling for parts with large quantities.

WIRE EDM
One of our specialty is Wire EDM. We have been making tool and dies parts for almost 7 years. We make dies, punches or parts with complex contour and taper very easily with high precision. We handle special steels including high-speed steel and carbide steel.

MANUAL / CONVENTIONAL MACHINING
We use many 3-jaw and 4-jaw manual lathes capable of turning sizes from 1" to 50" diameter and up to 25 feet long. Milling machines include horizontal and vertical mills capable of face milling, drilling, pocketing, and line boring. Radial arm drill presses, bridgeports, keyseating, surface grinding, and gear cutting completes our line of manually operated machining.

Fabricating:
All types of welding, punching, breaking of small to mid-sized fabrications made from plate, pipe, tubing, round and flat bar. We specialize in handling stainless steel table, cooler, automatic hog feeders, and tanks. We also specialize in the fabrication of steel pallets, adjustable shelvings and water tanks.

Assembly:
We can also provide assembly of machines, shafts, hubs, rollers, bearings and other components after machining.

Design:
We can also provide design services for new equipment and component design as well as re-engineering. Combining our many years of experience with machine and equipment design, we design, detail, and build simple machine parts to complex 3-D geometry and solid modeling.
