Owner-CEO.- Ivan Pierce Mr. Pierce started A.S.E. by building equipment and providing mechanical services to drilling rigs. Ivan has provided services to companies world wide and amassed an extensive fleet of water pumping rental equipment. He is responsible for many of the innovations in polyethylene pipe handling and use which are common in oilfield today. Mr. Pierce currently handles Houston sales, international sales, public relations, and is always glad to lend his expertise to management staff if needed.
Operations Manager-President- Shay Pierce Mr. Pierce began working to take over A.S.E. in high school. After he graduated from college he returned to take over operations in Alice. Mr. Pierce redirected A.S.E. to safety in 1991 and has been the leader of it's safety programs since that time. Mr. Pierce is personally involved in every aspect of operations and is commited to providing a safe workplace for A.S.E.'s employees and providing a safe and qualified workforce to A.S.E. customers. Mr. Pierce oversees safety with the help of Safety Consultant-Bruce Chapell with U.S. Safety Enviromental Services.
Field Supervisor & Sales Manager Rio Grande Valley- Nolan Fields Mr. Fields came to A.S.E. after serving as operations manager of Mo-Vac service for 14 years. He has extensive experience with trucking, personnel, pricing and customer service. Mr. Fields has dedicated himself to A.S.E. and its safety program and has shown his commitment to our future progress. Mr. Fields currently oversees A.S.E.'s Valley area and is involved in other areas when time permits.
Field Supervisor & Sales Manager Laredo - Barry Gilpin Mr. Gilpin has 15 years of experience working with water pumping services in the Laredo area. He has vast knowledge of landowner issues and of T.N.R.C.C. water rights on the Rio Grande River. Barry's service with A.S.E. Began in summer of 1999 and has proven to be a team player. He is a tremendous asset to our Safety program.
Field Supervisor- Felix Pierce Mr. Pierce came to A.S.E. after working for Pride Well Service for many years as a heavy haul winch and pole truck driver. Felix served as A.S.E. operations manager for 5 years in Alice, 4 years in Dilley and 4 years in Jasper. He is currently residing in Zapata and is responsible for A.S.E.'s T.N.R.C.C. Rio Grande River water rights. Mr. Pierce was instrumental in establishing a safe work practice in the infancy of the company.
Field Supervisor- Cory Eckenrode Mr. Eckenrode came up through the ranks doing every conceivable job that A.S.E. had to offer, from truck driving to operations manager on occasion. Cory has shown tremendous leadership abilities while mentoring new employees through the years. Cory became involved with safety as a part of A.S.E. requirements, which were in impliance with Shell and Conoco in the late 80's and early 90's. He is currently the Field Supervisor for A.S.E.'s operations with the Conoco Lobo business unit in the Laredo area. |
