Technical Errors:

1. “All administration, database maintenance and advertisements...etc must be administered on Admin GUI.”

I checked Admin panel, there is no administration for advertisements/banners

2. “I'd also like to have a FREE, and 3 levels of Paid memberships just incase I do start charging for the service. This should also be administered in the admin GUI.”

Where in your other “frienster” this option is there.
