Instructions for submitting your information to be put online in the Hawkins Database

This database is for people with the surname of Hawkins, it is for both male and female(maiden name)of Hawkins.

Please submit your information in the following format. If you have no information for any particular line then enter N/A in its place. Then send it in the email and it will be added as soon as possible and entered as they come in.
