Open Show: Being training grounds for trainee judges no challenge

Championship Show: Challenge certificates are awarded to the best dog and bitch - five points plus one point for every dog entered above the baby puppy class, up to 25 for best of breed and then the winner goes on to represent the breed for best in group. Class winners compete for respective classes in group and correspondingly at show level. The maximum number of points able to be won at any show is 25. On the acquisition of 100 points a dog becomes a Champion.

will receive applications for the title of Obedience Champion in
connections with each dog, which having gained its' Utility Dog title,
thereafter gains a further five scores in utility ring of 185 points or
more and has achieved first place (qualifying score) three times under
at least two different judges. The Canine Control Council will, upon
approval of such title and payment of the prescribed fee, issue to the

A dog with a Confromation and Field or Retrieving title is called a Dual Champion. A dog with a Conformation, Field and Retrieving title is called a Triple Champion. Obedience Champion and Agility Dog are used after the dogs name.
