One thing to look for in choosing a videographer for ANY event is policies and contracts. A good contract protects both parties and gives both a sense of security. Any good videographer will give an estimate for the sceduled event, and actually book this into his/her calendar. Then the videographer can continue to schedule other events as necessary. You dont want to get down to the last day and ....OPPS!....the Videographer had two bookings that day!!!!! By the same token if the videographer books the event and turns down other events, and arrives to hear " We dont need you, my uncle Bob brought his camera along, well that's not real cool, to say the least.

Brevard Video Productions while maintaining a good working relationship with clients, recognizes the importance of "getting what you pay for."

To insure that all work is done properly and to give clients peace of mind, RVP meets with clients and together they agree on what the client needs are and secure the agreement with a contract that is in the best interest for both parties.

Soon, BVP will include here its policies and samples of contracts that will serve as a measure of confidence for prospective clients. This is what you should look for when planning your event.
