Now is also a good time to go
through and scrub all your breeder cages, nests,
feeders, waterers, or anything else
that was used during the breeding season. You should have
all of your adult birds separated and in flight cages by
now or at least your hens. If you are color-feeding you
should have your red-grounds separated from other non-red
ground birds and they should be placed in the lower
cages. Any young birds that you may thinking about
showing should be placed in individual cages to keep them
