Mullins Cemetery can be found between the town of Atenville and Harts. If you are traveling from Huntington to Logan,you'll see a small state road sign that says "HARTLAND" to the right between these two towns. Drive across the Hartland Haul Coal Company Bridge and continue to  travel along the secondary road for about  one mile,you'll  come to this cemetery on the right side of the road,on a hill.
