Me...

And Myself...

Hi there. Since i've told you about my family, I thought i'd let ya know a little about myself as well. I'm 21 years old and live way up north in Ontario, Canada. I'm really into sports and computers... I jog a lot, and do many winter sports... Really though, if there's a cool and affordable sport out there, either i've tried it already, or will sometime not too far into the future. And now that you're thinking you know what you're about to read, I won't dissapoint. Here's a few pics of me... btw.. *s* I'm the goalie in the first picture.

Ain't I cute? Hehehe

You remember my cat Tigger. *s* Well, here he is, trying to eat the partrige that I cought. And to think I always thought him a hunter and not a thief.. hehe..

I'm also very interested in the military... I've trained on two occasions on C.F.B. Borden, Ontario... Each time for a peiod of six weeks... You're probably asking youself... Is this guy nuts??? I think I was... *laughing* The first time was somewhat of a beginners course... Still hard, but not half as hard as what was to come. We'd go into the bush on the base as well as the mini desert and train just like the military. But it was the second time round that taught me just how tough you have to be to be military.

We were drivin places in Armored Personel Carriers,... tanks, Ml's and Bisons (also personel carriers but of a different variety...) I even got to drive an A.P.C. very cool... and we rapelled off buildings, and most cool of all.. They let us,(the little cadets) use night and heat vision units by ourselves.... You're thinking, this guy thinks that's cool? Try using them... Very cool... You can pick up heat signatures to around a mile away.. and it can show a difference in 1/8th of a degree... also, you can see all the other cadets smoking in their tents... hehehe... so you know who's got 'em and who don't... Oh... And we also got to fire some rifles...

This traverse site was tons of fun. It was about a 60 foot drop or so, but you couldn't fall anyway because of the safety line, so we got to swing around on the ropes a wee bit. *S*

and here's the badge I earned for completing the Cadet Leader Instructor Patrolling Course...

Many American and Canadian soldiers are still missing. Thier families and friends can only hope and wish to be reunited with thier loved ones. Help bring our boys home.

This summer past(July-August of 1997) I had the opportunity to work at a trainstation doing a restoration job. It was very interesting but hard work. Precision and care were always a factor, but you had to do it as fast as you could.. *l* I'll say this much, I never want to see a heat gun (used to remove paint from walls) and a scraper in the same place again, spent three whole weeks stripping paint off of stucko... Here's a picture of the station... Take into consideration tho, that this is a really old pic, as you will see.. *g*

Just click here to see the pic.
