CHEESE SANDWICH

1 lb. Velveeta Cheese, cut up (soften) Pinch of salt

½ c. coffee cream 10 cent pkg. English or pecan nuts, chopped

1 medium onion, minced ½ t celery seeds

2 pimentos, diced ¼ green pepper, diced

With electric mixer, cream cheese, gradually adding ½ c. coffee cream (or more for right consistency to spread) until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients.

Comment: Very old recipe and attractive as an open-faced sandwich or as a 2 slice bread sandwich.
