Thank you for taking the time to stop by and visit my mom and dad. They are one of the greatest sets of parents that anyone could ask for. I am very proud of them. They raised a family of five childern, four girls, Lucille, Sarah, Patricia, Janet,and one son Herman Jr. Dad was a very hard worker, put in long hours to feed his family. Mom was a homemaker and she also worked very hard for us. Mom lives right next door to me,but dad is in a nursing home. He was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease almost ten years ago. He no longer reconizes us, nor can talk or get out of bed. Someone has to move him. If we are lucky sometimes we may get just a small smile. That makes me happy. I love my parents very much. I really appreciate them. |
