Here's baby Louie, Shadow his mom, Ernie and Dustin
just waiting until Louie takes his first steps.

Here he is the next day after birth, what a
beautiful day we had for him to explore the farm.

Louie just got a bath and body clipped.
Getting ready for the Northwest Montana Fair
where he took first in his class and over all mule.

He's about 3 months old her shown with his
Mom Shadow.

He just got another bath.  So shiny and clean.
If you know mules, the clean doesn't last long,
the first dirt pile or rolling spot they come to and all your hard work
is done for.

This next picture is of Louie at a year old playing with Patches.
