Special Details for Our Guests

Accommodations; Getting to Northern CA.

Accommodations

We had reserved a block of rooms at the Biltmore Hotel & Suites where the Reception is to be held. The hotel asked that reservations be made on or before September 18,1999.  Currently, the hotel is full, but will give our guests priority should space become available from cancellations of other parties.  The Biltmore can be contacted at (800) 255-9925 for reservations.  Please mention the Deano-Abueg wedding party for the group rates.

Other hotels in the area in the immediate area (with 1-5 miles): Marriott, Quality Suites, & Best Western.  Other accommodations are available, especially less expensive ones, within a 15 minute drive to the reception and church locations.  If you have any difficulty in booking a room or would like some assistance, please do not hesitate to e-mail and/or call us!

Getting to Northern California

Traveling by air

There are three major airports in the Bay Area: San Jose, San Francisco, or Oakland Airports (both 45 minutes away). Due to distance and since our reception site/hotel offers a free shuttle to and from, we recommend that guests fly into San Jose International Airport. It is the nearest airport to the Biltmore Hotel (within 3 miles). American Airlines and its subsidiaries are also offering discounted airfare for our wedding guests. The discount is good for any travel to and from any of the above airports for the weeks surrounding our wedding. Call the special American Airlines Meeting Services line at 1-800-433-1790 with our Authorization Number: 1309UO.

Traveling by automobile

For those of you travelling from out of the Bay Area from Southern California, we suggest that you take Interstate 5 North which connects to the 152 West near the city of Los Banos. Follow the 152 (the Pacheco Pass) to Interstate 101 North near the city of Gilroy. The 101 will lead you directly to the hotel in the heart of the Silicon Valley. Please use the mapping services below for more information.
