	I personally coordinate all aspects of enhancements required for the Local Improvement System, which nets over $7 million annually. My team of 6 is responsible for all ugrades and trouble shooting activities of all the programs used by Calgary Transit and Roads. I am on call for the City's premium Transit and Roads applications, troubleshooting problems and taking apprioriate action as necessary. Coordinated work with Calgary Police Services, the Vendor, Information Technology and Calgary Roads to ensure that a system upgrade, which was a Mayoral initiative, took place smoothly and ahead of schedule. Perform Q/A 's to ensure standards are met for application changes.
