Qualifications

   Began researching in 1982
    Attended many genealogy seminars and workshops for both county's
    I have vast knowledge of all the resources of each county and where to
    obtain information from. 

Resources with available access:

    copies from original census books from late 1700's till 1925 for both
    county's
    some early marraige records for both county's
    Polk city directory's for some towns in both county's
    newspapers on microfilm for both county's
    headstone inscriptions for numerous cemetary's in both county's and for
    the cemetary's that I don't have I can obtain information from
    cemetary offices
    I can also obtain information from many of the funeral homes in both
    county's as they contain a wealth of information
    I also can research land,wills and probate records for both county's

FEES:  Expenses such as gas,copies and parking etc.My time is totally free,yes FREE.

Services offered:

     can obtain just about any records needed.
     Photocopying
     Photography-pictures taken of anything from headstones to old
     homesteads along  with anything else your heart desires
     actual grass roots researching on anything needed
